| | | Mr. Adrian Rollke Position: President and CEO
Mr. Rollke is the driving force behind Pencari. Mr. Rollke brings an extensive background in corporate finance and as a senior officer and director of public companies. Among his credentials, he was the secretary / treasurer and director of Atlanta Gold Corporation (1997 1998) a TSE 300 company, over $30 million raised. In addition, he was extensively involved with Consolidated Ramrod Gold Corporation (1992 -- 1996), over $70 million raised. Mr. Rollke is the founder of Pencari Mining Corporation (1999) and took the company public in 2003.

| | | Mr. Stephen Walters, MSc, MAIMM Position: Director
Mr. Walters is a professional geologist with over 25 years international experience in Australia, Asia, Africa and North America. In his career, Mr. Walters has held senior positions with several major mining companies including senior geologist with Newmont Mining Corp. Placer Dome Inc. and chief geologist with Scorpion Minerals Inc. and exploration manager with Twin Mining Corp. In 1991 he led the field program leading to the discovery of the Awak Mas gold deposit in Sulawesi (> 2.5 M oz Gold).

| | | Mr. Geoffrey Carter, P.Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Carter has been involved in the financial sector for several years as Senior Mining Analyst for brokerage firms such as Research Capital Corp and Midland Doherty Limited. Prior to this Mr. Carter served as Vice President of Operations, Planning and Development, for Inspiration Coal Inc., of Knoxville, Tennessee, Senior Mining Engineer for Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co., of Toronto, Canada, and Senior Technical Assistant to Anglo Power Collieries Pty of Transvaal, South Africa. Currently, Mr. Carter is an independent analyst providing services to the mining industry through Broad Oak Associates. Mr. Carter brings invaluable expertise and knowledge to the board of directors.

| | | Mr. Jerry Blackwell, P.Geo Position: Director
Mr. Blackwell is a professional geologist with 36 years experience in the mining industry, and is based in Vancouver. He is known for his involvement in discovery-stage gold, base metal and uranium projects. Amongst many things he worked in the early years of exploration in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, in far-reaching belt reconnaissance programs for Cominco, as an early champion of the Snip gold and Tulsequah Chief projects in the Coast Range Mountains of Northwestern British Columbia, and as a consultant to Murray Pezim's Prime Exploration Group on the Eskay Creek gold discovery. In 1993 he became the President of Gitennes Exploration Inc., leading it to Peru in 1996 and the discovery of the Virgen gold deposit.
