| | | Mr. Adrian Rollke Position: President and CEO
Mr. Rollke is the driving force behind Pencari. Mr. Rollke brings an extensive background in corporate finance and as a senior officer and director of public companies. Among his credentials, he was the secretary / treasurer and director of Atlanta Gold Corporation (1997 1998) a TSE 300 company, over $30 million raised. In addition, he was extensively involved with Consolidated Ramrod Gold Corporation (1992 -- 1996), over $70 million raised. Mr. Rollke is the founder of Pencari Mining Corporation (1999) and took the company public in 2003.

| | | Mr. Kevin E Burns, CA Position: CFO
Mr. Burns is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience. He has held senior positions with several companies, most recently as the COO of Gibson Pass Resort Inc, a large resort and park operator in BC. Prior to this, Mr. Burns was the CFO of Castleton Network Systems Corporation, a Newbridge Networks Corporation affiliate, and CFO of Northern Interior Log & Fibre Inc, a BC forest products company. Early in his career, Mr. Burns was in public practice with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and was also an information systems consultant specializing in mining, logging, and construction. He is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of Alberta.

| | | Mr. Marc-Andre Boudreau, B.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Chief Geologist, Madagascar
Mr. Boudreau is graduate of Laval University, has 27 years experience specializing in gold and base metals exploration. Mr. Boudreau has worked extensively in several African countries and Madagascar, having participated in gold exploration programs in Madagascar during the 1990's.
He was instrumental in the discovery of the Axmin Resources potential gold min in central Orangi area and more recently in Guinea was the geologist that has lead Cassidy Gold to the discovery of the Kouroussa mine where currently 700,000 ounces of gold have been defined.

| | | Mr. Brad Ackroyd, B.Sc., P.Geo., MAIG Position: Senior Exploration Geologist for Madagascar
Mr. Ackroyd has over 6 years of geological experience ranging from open pit and underground mine production, resource definition and estimation work to grass roots exploration. He has completed exploration and resource definition programs for gold in Western Australia, Papua New Guinea and more recently Guinea.

| | | Mr. John D. Charlton B.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Consulting Geologist
Mr. Charlton has over 30 years hands-on experience, specializing in gold and uranium deposits. Mr. Charlton contributed to the exploration, development and mining of several Canadian and international gold deposits, including the Luhala gold deposit and Itetemia gold deposit (Barrick) in Tanzania (1997). He, also, has extensive experience in Madagascar.
Mr. Charlton was instrumental as the Chief Geologist for Louvicourt Mining with respect to the discovery and development of the Sleeping Giant and Boufor Mines (1985 - 1988).

| | | Mr. Lalaina Robson Alisoa Position: Senior Geologist - Madagascar
Mr. Robson graduated from Polytechnic Superior School of Antananarivo. Mr. Robson worked for international exploration companies in Madagascar mainly for gold and precious stones. From 2004 to 2007 he was mapping western basement of Madagascar for World Bank Project.

Mr. Louison graduated from Polytechnic Superior School of Antananarivo Geological Engineering. Mr. Louison has worked with different exploration companies on Madagascar Island mainly for gold and base-metals.

Ms. Hantamalala graduated from Polytechnic Superior School of Antananarivo. Since then she has worked mainly with computer's GIS systems.
